The recent follow up that they came out and treated they were very prompt. They came out very promptly and dealt with the issue immediately. I didn't have to wait long periods for them to come out. All I can say is prompt and professional.
All went well with the exception of the termites returning in one year in same area so suspect they should have drilled few more holes in storage area behind the wall to help combat the termites. They did return to re-treat at just the cost of the annual inspection and thus far have not seen any additional tracts. They were last here about 6 months ago. Second technician was more thorough. <br />
That was fine. When they came out they were very professional, very courteous, showed up on time.
MasterTech had come out to give me an estimate a few months back for both termites and bug treatment. I have another contract that was to expire soon and told them I was going to wait. I made an appointment for them to come out to the termite treatment and in the mean time I was getting monthly bug treatments. They explained everything in detail, they call you the day before and if its raining or going to rain you can reschedule. I would recommend MasterTech for all you bug needs. <p>I bought a big deal for this service and they did fine. I did not have any bugs after they were here so that is the main thing, I guess. I have not had anybody back since. There was just one guy that came and he was friendly, clean and very nice. I have no complaints there. Their professionalism, courtesy and punctuality was all great. They were here when they were supposed to.</p>
