Zack came by and did the normal spray. As usual, he was polite and professional.
<p>Technicians were very professional and neat. Work was completed within 2 hrs of starting, which included removing as much of the Pegeon . Corrective action is working very well as I have not had any further pegeon nesting problems.</p> <br />
Our technician, Zach Denny, was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He did a great job of explaining all of the options, the solution he was using and what we would need in the future. We would ask for him again. <br />

It took aproximately 3 hours from start to finish in cleaning, sanitizing and applying preventative measures (spikes and gels) on the rafters and overhang on the balcony area. He was extremely professional, making sure none of the pigeon droppings and waste entered the house. The tech was very knowledgeable. We actually observed the ants grabbing the food and bringing it back to the queen..The tech gave me a lot of fascinating information, and then went right to work, spraying all around the house/yard-then garage, then indoors <br />
