Had a great time renting a Wakeboard and Pontoon boat from AWS. Pricing was reasonable and not outside of market averages. They made the boating side of the logistics as easy as showing up. (which helped as I was wrangling 13 bachelor party guests). Their instruction was clear and concise for any beginner or advanced boater. I have purchased three boats with AWS and I’m very satisfied with their service and product. They really came through for me this summer on a repair I needed turned quickly. They are great to work with and very knowledgeable and friendly. They have honored all warranty issues without any complaints or hassle. I would highly recommend AWS to everyone.
I purchased my 1st used speedster boat and returned for my 2nd slightly bigger used scarab 215 boat. Mike was awesome and took the time to help me both times and showed me how to do everything. I was completely new to boats. He even met me to test drive the 2nd one. He was absolutely terrific being patient with me! I love my newer 2015 scarab upgrade! Awesome company Robbie and Zane where awesome to work with! Purchased a used 2013 Avalon pontoon boat from them. Took it out that weekend and happened to find a few issues with the boat that you wouldn’t really find on a walk around and would only catch on the water, it was about 5 issues I believe. That Monday I sent Zane an email and he told me to just bring the boat in, where they took care of everything! And really made my first boat purchase experience great! I have to say not only did we have any amazing experience with our salesman Zane, the customer service we have received from the repair shop is above par! After purchasing our new boat our salesman spent over 5 hours on the lake with us teaching us every aspect of our new boat, trailering, docking etc. Never once did Zane rush our decision or pressure us in anyway, it was a wonderful buying experience.
