What a joke. I contacted this firm in late September to see if they were a good match with my legal needs, and I just received an email and text back from them today (11/21) - two months later. I had contacted a number of firms around the same time, and heard back from every one besides ACTS in short order (3 business days or less). If you want someone who will take you seriously and get back to you in a timely fashion with more than a standard form letter, look elsewhere.
ACTS Law gives attitude whenever I ask for case progress and immediately blames the courts instead of providing real answers. After more than three years there has been no meaningful progress only delays and excuses. Tia was especially rude and dismissive and her call served no purpose other than talking down to me. Tried to get me to sign a blank settlement agreement . I had to track them down at their office to make contact since they ghosted me for 3 months !!! Then they presented me with this agreement with a numbered page blank !! When dealing with this company please make sure you contact your settlement administrator to know how much you really got paid in your settlement. page 7 of 9 was completely blank !!
