If you have service done here make sure to check that the work was done. I brought the car in for a tire rotation and oil change. The tires were not rotated but claimed to have been. I have markings on my tires (see pictures below) which were in the same location on the car when it was returned to me. That’s how I can be certain that the work was not done. As for the oil change, no way to verify if it was done. I don’t have confidence that any work was done on the car.
I can’t say enough nice things about the service I received. I had my Acura towed to this location after experiencing some mechanical issues. Steven was my service advisor and he went above and beyond to make an unfortunate and costly situation as pleasant and bearable as possible. They got my car in to be diagnosed right away, they were transparent about service and pricing, and the cost of service was fair. Totally got ripped off. $95 for an oil change and the service advisor conveniently forgot to take $15 off with the coupon I gave him before the work was started. I know the service advisors work on commission so all the more reason to get ripped off. On the other hand George Gomez who is a sales consultant is the best !
Great service department, always well taken care of. Fast service had me in and out in less than an hour. Excellent environment, they provide refreshments free of charge to clientele. Not only was the maintenance on my car performed with excellent service and care, I purchased a badass Acura hat too. Worst Acura dealership I have ever been to. Service department is a joke, tells you one thing and does something else. Took my RDX there for AC by the time I got it back it had transmission issues, I voiced it but nothing happened. I wanted to upgrade to a MDX but I can never trust them again. Made me hate my fav make of cars. 0 stars, 100% DON'T RECOMMEND
