great staff! HOSS is AWESOME SAUCE! I mean he goes above and beyond everytime! we laugh, we joke and sometimes cry but he always gets my vehicle taken care of and even finds me discounts! Thanks HOSS!
As a young student with little to no budget, I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to pay for the repairs on my car, but Matthew (Brunson) worked with me and we got the problem taken care of! I highly recommend seeing Matthew at Acura of Peoria for service issues!
My experience with Service Advisor Matt was on point from the moment I walked through the doors. Took care of my issues, answered my questions and the atmosphere while waiting was relaxing, not hectic!
If you have service done here make sure to check that the work was done. I brought the car in for a tire rotation and oil change. The tires were not rotated but claimed to have been. I have markings on my tires (see pictures below) which were in the same location on the car when it was returned to me. That’s how I can be certain that the work was not done. As for the oil change, no way to verify if it was done. I don’t have confidence that any work was done on the car.
I had some work done on my TSX recently, and Steven took great care of me. Just beware that Steven is Packers fan!
