Top notch, professional and accommodating. This time it took a bit longer than usual but they kept me informed and delays were to double-check my car was safe before sending me home. Thomas Le is one of the best service men in the industry.
Purchased a certified pre owned almost a year ago with them. After a month or two my AWD would stop working. Brought it in the first time and they recalibrated it. It then did the same thing again two more times and brought it back. They replaced the whole rear differential free of charge through warranty. Also had them install aftermarket pads and rotors. Then my car was affected by a recall which caused horrible rod knock. Brought it in and the parts for it were not available yet through Honda/Acura. So they gave us a loan... read more
