Based on only two sessions, my experience has been very positive. I had an unfortunate experience with my insurance and a previous therapist, but Adam has been excellent so far. I've had many therapists over the years, but not many were a good fit for me with my lifelong struggle with mental health. Psychiatrists and therapists are not all the same. It's taken me a long time to find a good fit.
Excellent experience. Very professional, warm, kind therapist in a secluded, calm setting without the judgement which usually comes with attending Mental Health Therapy sessions.
