I bought a car from an owner. Dealer cars priced high.
Poor customer service. The salesman was all about making the sale, before I had the opportunity to look over the vehicle. The car wasn't up to standard. Also, the tires needed to be replaced right away. Maybe that's why we had only a two minute test drive. I didn't have a great experience.
I was forced to rate 1 Star to move forward with this review. The actual rating is Sub-Zero. Thats only good if you are a refrigerator. I drove 250 miles to purchase a vehicle that had a hugely cracked windshield and a gas tank fill cap that was broken. Do you think they bothered to mention these defects? HA
Since the manager would not budge on price, we bought new from Mercedes for the exact same asking price. That includes new vehicle warranties! Thank you for being arrogant and cocky about your sales.
