Indy West AFL is nothing short of amazing. As an employee of the company, the entire company is dedicated to providing exceptional ABA therapy at every location. However, Indy West truly as a whole, is such a wonderful environment not just for our clients and families but also our team as well. The RBTs are so deeply invested in every single goal for every kiddo and ensuring that they are understood, loved, and seen for their own view of the world. Adapt For Life Indy West has been my best experience as an RBT! The way clients are cared for and their constant development makes my heart smile! The Operations Manager really cares for us all and very helpful in any way she’s able to! Adapt for life is a Team that has become family!
My brother attends this location for behavioral therapy and my parents were nervous in the beginning. The staff has showed our family they are dedicated to the success of my brother by keeping safety first and his needs second. My mom is is happy with her decision to send my brother here and I see just how happy he is when it's time for school each morning
