I’ve absolutely loved my time at Adara Alexander Place! Moving here from out of state, I was a bit nervous since we couldn’t tour the apartment before moving in. However, after reading all the glowing reviews, we decided to take the leap – and I’m so glad we did. Upon arrival, the apartment was in excellent condition. After spending 8 months here, I can say it was a great experience. Maintenance staff were fast, respectful, and generally willing to accommodate coming on specific days. The leasing office staff were willing to not only answer my questions and help with move-in, but were also helpful with the lease termination and move-out process. Madison was especially helpful when it came to my questions and lease-related processes. If you looking for a location that is close to everything in Brier Creek, look no further. A short walk to shops; Ale House, Wild Wings and many more restaurants. My wife and I are here for a year while our home is being built and have not lived in an apartment complex in years. This place is amazing. The staff is fantastic and very dog friendly. Management has neglected the property. There is pet waste everywhere. Trash all over including pill bottles, beer bottles, broken glass and used condoms. Fences to guard from 30 ft drop off are broken and not repaired for months. Maintenance team enters apartments without proper notice and failed to make requested repairs. Etc.

I absolutely love living at Adara. Moving here was the wisest decision I've made in years. The apartments are beautiful,the maintenance department is skilled and efficient and very pleasant 😊. Management is smart,friendly and accommodating. The grounds are impeccable,the pool with its 2 grill areas is stunning. I feel safe and comfortable here 😌 The location is extraordinary. Shop til you drop at the dozens of stores within walking distance. Adara is the place to be. Thank you Adara.
