Management has neglected the property. There is pet waste everywhere. Trash all over including pill bottles, beer bottles, broken glass and used condoms. Fences to guard from 30 ft drop off are broken and not repaired for months. Maintenance team enters apartments without proper notice and failed to make requested repairs. Etc.
Hello my name is Chanel Jordan and been living at Adara for about 6 months and when I say this community is so helpful I have the smoothest move in and everything came together so quickly. The office staff is amazing always have things for our community to come together as one and make living here more welcoming maintenance always show up and come right away. Definitely will be renewing loving adara and so quite love watching airplanes flying over this place is everything and more.
I've been living here for a few months and I personally have absolutely no complaints. Alexis and Jaid were SO wonderful and informative with the move-in process even though was out of the state at the time, and continue to be wonderful and so very helpful anytime I need assistance. I am grateful for them. The units are lovely, neighbors are respectful and I have been very happy here!

If you looking for a location that is close to everything in Brier Creek, look no further. A short walk to shops; Ale House, Wild Wings and many more restaurants. My wife and I are here for a year while our home is being built and have not lived in an apartment complex in years. This place is amazing. The staff is fantastic and very dog friendly.
