I just moved into Adara Alexander Place, and I'm so happy that I did. I love the location, my unit, the amenities, and staff. As I walked into my new place, I was greeted with a welcoming gift basket. This is the first time in my life to experience this at a apartment complex. The specialized note said it all. After spending 8 months here, I can say it was a great experience. Maintenance staff were fast, respectful, and generally willing to accommodate coming on specific days. The leasing office staff were willing to not only answer my questions and help with move-in, but were also helpful with the lease termination and move-out process. Madison was especially helpful when it came to my questions and lease-related processes. I’ve absolutely loved my time at Adara Alexander Place! Moving here from out of state, I was a bit nervous since we couldn’t tour the apartment before moving in. However, after reading all the glowing reviews, we decided to take the leap – and I’m so glad we did. Upon arrival, the apartment was in excellent condition. We had a minor issue in the first week and submitted a maintenance request, which was addressed the very same day. If you looking for a location that is close to everything in Brier Creek, look no further. A short walk to shops; Ale House, Wild Wings and many more restaurants. My wife and I are here for a year while our home is being built and have not lived in an apartment complex in years. This place is amazing. The staff is fantastic and very dog friendly. Management has neglected the property. There is pet waste everywhere. Trash all over including pill bottles, beer bottles, broken glass and used condoms. Fences to guard from 30 ft drop off are broken and not repaired for months. Maintenance team enters apartments without proper notice and failed to make requested repairs. Etc.
