This is the worst home health care company. I have a nurse that is to come out each week to change a Continuous Glucose Monitor. I have never have the same nurse, so usually I need to tell them how to do it. I ask that I receive a call the night before they come. I never get a call or even know when they are showing up. So they leave me unable to go anywhere till that nurse shows up. Because I need it changed each week. This home care company is not worth the money you need to pay out.
Provided great care for my mother while at the TCU then when she moved to a respite care for a week even with a full weeks notice and promising us they would follow her there the same team would follow her home no one showed up the entire week she was in respite care. It took hours of waiting for calls back and then I had to call to be told no one knew what was going on. Will not use them again. If there was less than 1 star I'd give them that.
