Monica Blanchette who is the new alcohol Substance abuse manger. She doesn't know how to counsel adults. She had me coloring her pictures with crayons. She never followed the procedure on filling out the DMV operator control restoration of license. She formerly worked with youths in Burriville who had substance abuse problems. She is not qualified to work with adults and DMV criteria. I feel bad for anyone who gets her for a counselor.

Adcare is a sham for those who are trying to get alcohol treatment for restoration of license. Monica Blanchette my counselor is a fraud she doesn't have the qualifications to get your license reinstated. She has the wrong paperwork for DMV Operator Control. She had me coloring 5 pictures instead of following the procedure to get your license reinstated. She caused me the lose my license indefinitely. And she refuses to do the correct paperwork .
