Monica Blanchette who is the new alcohol Substance abuse manger. She doesn't know how to counsel adults. She had me coloring her pictures with crayons. She never followed the procedure on filling out the DMV operator control restoration of license. She formerly worked with youths in Burriville who had substance abuse problems. She is not qualified to work with adults and DMV criteria. I feel bad for anyone who gets her for a counselor.
