Good people run this storage. Good communication. Honest. And helpful. I’d recommend Add a Space on Asheville Hwy to everyone. Clean, and mine is climate control. It was damaged in the hurricane but the management did all they could. I don’t blame them for the damage. Everyone was hit in the area.
This team of employees was so wonderful after hurricane Helene. They not only brought in dumpsters for us to use free of charge, they also were giving out water. I so much appreciated them. I even moved back into the facility after it was cleaned! Thank you
The staff was so helpful and assisted the customers as we tried to clean out our unit. We were offered hot food and beverages from the front office and assistance all day long. Great helpers. Thank you all
I have been with add a space for 12 years and I am so very pleased with this company. We have been through ALOT in these years and they are almost like family. I rented my unit from the original owner/builder .I trust my belongings with this storage facility!
