The day I went in to rent my storage unit, a new employee was being trained for the front office. She and her supervisor were very cordial and quickly worked through the intake process. You should be aware that this company requires renter's insurance; they will provide it at a cost if you do not have your own. I checked prices at a number of different companies and this was by far the most reasonable. I hope not to be there too long, but feel very safe with the location and the management.
Good people run this storage. Good communication. Honest. And helpful. I’d recommend Add a Space on Asheville Hwy to everyone. Clean, and mine is climate control. It was damaged in the hurricane but the management did all they could. I don’t blame them for the damage. Everyone was hit in the area.

This team of employees was so wonderful after hurricane Helene. They not only brought in dumpsters for us to use free of charge, they also were giving out water. I so much appreciated them. I even moved back into the facility after it was cleaned! Thank you
