The day I went in to rent my storage unit, a new employee was being trained for the front office. She and her supervisor were very cordial and quickly worked through the intake process. You should be aware that this company requires renter's insurance; they will provide it at a cost if you do not have your own. I checked prices at a number of different companies and this was by far the most reasonable. I hope not to be there too long, but feel very safe with the location and the management.

Good people run this storage. Good communication. Honest. And helpful. I’d recommend Add a Space on Asheville Hwy to everyone. Clean, and mine is climate control. It was damaged in the hurricane but the management did all they could. I don’t blame them for the damage. Everyone was hit in the area.

I moved from another storage facility that was poorly maintained to this one. This facility is well managed, very clean and well lit. I couldn’t be more pleased with my decision to move to Add-A-Space!

We needed to store some things recently and this has been the best experience ever with a "Storage Unit" company in my lifetime. Very professional. The facilities are clean, secure, and dry! I pay a few months in advance typically, but when Helene hit, I lapsed, clearly focused on more important things and without cell signal.. When I finally came in to pay, they asked if me and my family were OK or if we needed anything first (like water or food), then said they said I could defer payment at no penalty. Good staff, clean units, affordable rent & easy access!
