Easy to rent online. Was really nice to be able to reserve the unit for 10 days before starting the lease. Found the unit to be clean and ready to go! Easy checkout when the time came that we no longer needed the unit. Definitely recommend this business!
I had previously rented from here and I had the best experience, but not this time because I went online got my unit, but when I tried my gate code, it won't work, I have called, I have sent text messages, but no response. I have yet to see someone in the office during their open hours. I am on my second week and no access to my unit.
The day I went in to rent my storage unit, a new employee was being trained for the front office. She and her supervisor were very cordial and quickly worked through the intake process. You should be aware that this company requires renter's insurance; they will provide it at a cost if you do not have your own. I checked prices at a number of different companies and this was by far the most reasonable. I hope not to be there too long, but feel very safe with the location and the management.
I have had experience with this storage unit through my work. In the past, the staff there have been very personable, pleasant and helpful. They would greet you with a smile, engage you with pleasant conversation explaining things and going out of their way to help you. Unfortunately recently when I needed help, the person there was new and in one conversation he was rude and condescending. He does not smile, makes very little eye contact (looking at the computer while talking with you) and is barely polite. I hate to leave... read more
