Easy to rent online. Was really nice to be able to reserve the unit for 10 days before starting the lease. Found the unit to be clean and ready to go! Easy checkout when the time came that we no longer needed the unit. Definitely recommend this business!
These guys have always been available to help when I had questions or something that required assistance. When I needed to upgrade to a larger unit they made it super easy and convenient! I like that the gate requires a code both to get in and out so folks with no code can’t follow you in.
I had previously rented from here and I had the best experience, but not this time because I went online got my unit, but when I tried my gate code, it won't work, I have called, I have sent text messages, but no response. I have yet to see someone in the office during their open hours. I am on my second week and no access to my unit.
The day I went in to rent my storage unit, a new employee was being trained for the front office. She and her supervisor were very cordial and quickly worked through the intake process. You should be aware that this company requires renter's insurance; they will provide it at a cost if you do not have your own. I checked prices at a number of different companies and this was by far the most reasonable. I hope not to be there too long, but feel very safe with the location and the management.
