The team here are absolutely fantastic with my anxious dog and spicy cat. We see a lot of each other now that my dog has developed an aggressive autoimmune disease. I feel confident bringing my pets here and I never feel that I am rushed. The team are happy to answer questions, talk me through results and explain how it all ties in to the treatment. I am kept in the loop. The team are compassionate and understanding and I couldn't be happier with them.

I'm revisiting this review after several years. I've become part of the furniture almost since my dog became epileptic. They have always been amazing with both me and my dog. Kat is outstanding and has bent over backwards to help me, every single time. She knows when I'm stressed and somehow manages to keep me calm. Absolutely the best care for my dog and I. If I could give 10 stars, I would.
We’ve been taking our doggo here since he was a pup, it’s been 1 year and he requires regular anal gland cleaning. Last time my partner took him and got his gland emptied but after 2.5 weeks the glands were full again, we took him to another vet where the Vet Doctor himself cleaned his anal glands and we were surprised to see how much of the yellow stuff came out of his bum and the vet doctor clearly was surprised by it too, not sure if we’re visiting here again but please train your vet nurses to drain the anal glands out f... read more
