Exceptional Care for Our Chow Chow, Gigi! We are so grateful to Adelaide Vet for their outstanding care and understanding of our beloved Chow Chow, Gigi. Gigi can be quite wary of male vets and strangers, but Dr. Erika has been amazing in accommodating her needs. She is incredibly patient and kind, always making sure not to push Gigi beyond her comfort zone. Dr. Erika takes the time to understand Gigi’s personality and works with her at a pace that keeps her calm and relaxed.

Wasted $1,780 on an allergy test that didn’t even test for the one thing we asked about. Wife called to ask if their allergy test would test for ‘kikuyu grass’, lady on the phone confirmed after putting us on hold to check with the vet. Booked in, bloods taken, several weeks later got the results in and the grass was not listed. Went in for a meeting to discuss a refund or actually provide the service we paid for. The team here are absolutely fantastic with my anxious dog and spicy cat. We see a lot of each other now that my dog has developed an aggressive autoimmune disease. I feel confident bringing my pets here and I never feel that I am rushed. The team are happy to answer questions, talk me through results and explain how it all ties in to the treatment. I am kept in the loop. The team are compassionate and understanding and I couldn't be happier with them.
Excellent service over several years. Puppy preschool with Jasmine as fantastic. Very helpful for us as new puppy owners. Helped us train and gave us confidence about how to care for new puppy. Has handled surgery very nicely and always helpful when I’m buying specialty food items from them. They’ll go out of their way to help
