RecommendedMy husband and I lived in Aderra Apartments for a year, we had the most pleasurable experience, never a security issue, no neighboring issues, totally quiet complex, clean complex, clean pool, gym areas, and playground .. My most to mention positive is the Management ...Leasing Manager... RecommendedWe have now been in our apartment now since June of 2017, I can not stress how nice everyone in the complex is. Between office staff and maintenance things get done quickly and efficiently. The apartments themselves have beautiful layouts and are well insulated. Over the 4th of July the fireworks were mostly muted except for what was set off on the street in front of the building. There is also a ton of green space in the complex. RecommendedStay away from here. They will flat out lie to you to extort more money even with video proof of safety issues with people smoking and even trying to light our wreath on the door on fire. We have them on tape saying she would let us out with paying two months rent and now want an extra $1500 or they will send it to collections. All I can say is don’t live here!

Just an awful experience all around. They make nothing easy and if you have any issues they give a standard response of “we have to check with our attorneys”. Attorneys which they constantly threaten residents with for any and all issues from not picking up after dogs(which we didn’t have) to being accused of keeping a cluttered balcony. They have master keys and will enter your apartment without Permission To Enter (my wife was home sick and caught the property manager as she unlocked & entered our apartment!).
