In January 2023, I contacted Adkins Building to initiate a renovation project primarily focused on replacing damaged flooring. Due to severe damage to our subfloors, Adkins subcontracted ****** ******** * ****** ****to complete the removal of old flooring, subfloor replacement, and vinyl flooring installation, which was finished in May 2023. I'm still working towards a resolution, but Im guessing that will take months or years, as weve had to involve attorneys. I am sharing my experience to inform others and would highly recommend avoiding this company.
