I placed an online order from this company via their website for a couple Christmas presents for my grandchildren. After confirming my order, I later got an email from them that my order was cancelled at my request. I didn't request to cancel it. The real reason is one of the items is now dramatically higher priced than when I ordered it so I'm sure they decided they didn't want to honor the lower price.
