We had a question about registration of a vehicle in which the names of my wife and I were not on the vehicle as co-title holders. We have always had our vehicles titled together so that if one were to pass away the other would have survivorship rights to the co-titled vehicle. Best of luck to anyone trying to get any type of business loan. It's been problem-free for many years up to this point. Won't listen to needs or provide options. Insisting on a one-size-fits-all solution, and when pressed for options on other services they offer (SBA loan), it's too much effort and work to set up. They just stress a line of credit with a variable interest rate depending on volume (a great way to overcharge if you're not micromanaging your loan). I hope I am writing this for the right location. I had been a target of a banking phone scam. As soon as I had realized what was happening I called ICCU and they sent me through to Jeff T. When Jeff answered my call I am pretty sure he could hear my voice cracking and that I was trying to hold back tears. I was both stressed and disappointed with what had happened during the scam. Oh buddy, was I lucky to talk with a lady by the name of Christina H. Times are hard now a days, and some days get harder, especially when miscommunication happens. This lady, was so nice, she heard me rant and moan about my life. And she listened and understood. Spent what 48 minutes helping me. And honestly saved me several hundred dollars. SUPER DISAPPOINTED. Needed to do a wire transfer as I am out of the country. I've been waiting for about 2 weeks now. Come to find out, the money was returned and deposited to my account. ICCU needs to better train their staff. The gentleman, Adam, who assisted me messed up and had to call me later that day to let me know of his mistake and the money would go out tomorrow instead of the same day.
