This is a top-notch operation. We had 3 rooms with switchable film installed. The consultation was great, the communication with the company fantastic, the film installation amazing and the electrician team was fabulous. Everyone took their time to do the job to a very high standard, which overall was two days. It could have been quicker but it was done with precision and care. Contacted 4th April for home window film, they emailed back asking for pictures and details and if I would agree to pay for a consultation. I replied and agreed and on the 15th April, they responded and told me they have sent the details over to 'quoting'. Now 13th May and no replies or appointment made. A month has now passed since I first contact them and I have been ignored for just forgotten. I could not recommend them to anyone when they have such poor customer service. Professional from start to finish, communication was very clear throughout with very easy to follow advice and follow up service. Both the office team and those working in our home were polite at all times. The product range was explained in full with no pressure from the staff. We had looked at others but ADS was the best fit and we are very happy with the results.
We used ADS to install privacy films on 6 windows at our home. I rarely leave reviews but was impressed with ADS from start to finish: good initial communication, clear and reasonable pricing and excellent installation by Warren who was skilled and considerate. Happy to recommend!
We chose the UV film and find a big difference in the summer sunshine. ADS Window Films are thoroughly recommended, especially for those with new build homes. We don’t overheat any more. Also great for UV protection while driving, with film on the car windows.
