I must tell you…what an amazing experience I have had with the process and the team over at the Advance Dentistry in Hilliard. I’ve been pushing off getting my wisdom teeth out for many, many years (I'm 34) and I was nervous to go through the process. Every person that I had contact with to move forward with my extraction was tremendous and patient with me. They made me feel confident and safe. I cannot emphasize how poor of a first experience with this place. I was really excited to go and then was basically treated like a cow being ushered from room to room. I don't even know the name of my dentist frankly that I saw when I was there. To top it all off they didn't communicate my proper expenses for the procedure ahead of time and sent me generic 60 day notice for more money with no breakdown of costs. Would recommend a more local practice that is not part of a larger franchise/ grouping.
Just like all the dental chains this place finds thousands of dollars of dental problems and wants u to commit 4 them to do the work on the spot..Got no money. No problem they will fix u up with Care Credit immediately ..Beware..Most chains operate this way ..Get a second option and do not agree to let them do the work.
I've had nothing but an amazing experience with this practice, from everyone involved in my care. They were compassionate, listening to my concerns and taking them to heart.
This is hands down the worst experience I've ever had with a dentist. Had to call the office and billing for over a year off and on because they billed the wrong insurance 4 times. THEN found out that they told me "they took my insurance" when I first called to make an appointment, only to find out post-operation that my insurance was not in-network.
