Advanced Electric has the best customer service possible. Their team Response quickly to customerrequests and has a great deal of knowledge.
I called at 10am with an issue where select lights/outlets in the house stopped working. They had someone at my house by 1pm and fixed by 2pm. They guys that came by could not have been nicer or more professional. They cleaned up after themselves and helped me put stuff back before they left. The price was very reasonable, especially considering how quickly they came to help. I'm getting an estimate from them for more work now too!
I am extremely pleased that I had Advance Electric work on my home. Before they were here, I experienced inconsistent power issues throughout my house (1960s build - older panels). They recommended I upgrade my panels/breakers and redo the ground connection outside. It sounded like it would help and the estimate seemed very fair. First week of the shutdown my dryer went out. When I went to get a new one I got an electric dryer but the outlet did not work. I live in a fairly old home and fearing the worst I put off calling an electrician for another week but finally gave in. A competitor told me that in order to just have someone out to take a look at it, it would end up costing me $135, but if I did the work through them it would go towards it as a credit. Called yesterday to get an estimate. They came today and called ahead to see if it was alright to show up early. Estimate was lower than the others I have received and because it is an easy job they are doing the work tomorrow. I couldn't be happier with the fair price, fast response, and friendly professional manner of everyone that I have dealt with. **update: Technicians were out this morning to do the work. They were on time and did a great job. I couldn't be happier.
