John is irreplaceable they’re lucky to have him on staff . Exceptional customer service ; polite, patient, well spoken, knowledgeable and helpful . Him and selena are the great everytime I come in.
I am so very happy with my experience here. I had a paper paycheck over $2500 to cash and they were the only ones that would cash it for me. Walmart and Kroger wouldn't even do it! Salina was great, she was super helpful, but not only that, super friendly. Good customer service is hard to find nowadays and she went above and beyond. Thanks so much!
I've been using advance financial since I was 18 years old. I've been to every location in Murfreesboro but this one. The service is usually friendly and fast the workers are usually always kind and cheery. This was my first time at this one didn't have a good experience the lady with the brown hair was stand offish and was questioning me about what my check was for then it got declined. Which never happened to me and I asked why she wouldn't even tell me.. I got profiling vibes never going to this one again

I have had help from another employee last time that was not very informative or helpful the last time I came in. This time today I got hailey Simon an she was a breath of fresh air to me. She has been the most helpful an professional out of everyone I've talked to there. She explained everything about my bill an she helped me understand everything. Thank you hailey for everything you do there. She is the sweetest person also. 10/10 recommend
