Madison was amazing, very patient, and very helpful in walking me through the process of applying for a flex loan. I prefer to work with Madison going forward. She gave me her direct contact number if I had any additional questions which gave me peace of mind knowing that I could always reach back out to her.
Great service from Stephen, Caleb, and Brianna. They were all so nice and I felt comfortable. Most places you feel judged but not here. 10/10 would recommend.
I honestly have to say Caleb made me feel like I was at home! The customer service was great he asked if I had any questions and made sure I left knowing everything I needed to know. I will only come to the Advance Financial on the parkway!
