Amanda, at the Sevierville Tennessee location was absolutely incredible; forthright; and handle the entire transaction with integrity. When I needed to consolidate several bills and a loan I took a very high interest (279%) loan out for 6 days so that I could refinance a larger loan at 0% interest. When nobody else can or will trust you with their money advance financial is an opportunity to turn and try another option as long as you're willing to pay it off quickly
Came in DIRE need of some financial assistance and Amanda was so helpful and kind, Dustin was the amazing man who helped me through the process, he was professional and so very polite! Made me feel right at home and eased my nerves the whole way through and couldn’t have asked for a more kind person! These two are a great team and will bend over backwards to help YOU!
This is a hard message to write I have never had any problems with this company but now I do. I have gotten money orders from this company for about 4 years now but I was told a few days ago that you are not going to have money orders anymore . I have no reason to come in your doors anymore. They was one other thing that always bothered me when you lose a money order stub you and check on your money order from your stores that always bothered me. I really liked Teresa and Amanda they where always really nice.
Amanda is such a great person friendly as ever. Went in and immediate felt welcomed. Dustin helped me through ever step of the way. Always nice to get help when you need it. Thank yall!
First and foremost, Theresa there today(Sunday nov 27th, 2022) was such a charm. She kept talking with me through the whole process, answered every question promptly and professionally. On top of doing her job to the highest degree, she took time to get to know me, we shared stories about our pets and laughed a few times as well. I was nervous going into this but I was quickly reassured and with Theresa's help, everything was all good, thank you folks for the help. Give Theresa a raise!
