Megan was so helpful today when I came into the Lafayette store! I haven't had a loan before so I was uneasy with the application process. She made sure I understood all the information and I left very informed and happy with the service she provided! Getting approved was quick and easy!
Nathan, you're awesome! Fast and friendly service, genuinely nice person. He also remembered me, which kind of made me feel important if I'm being honest. Finally paid off my loan, but I do business here every Friday. Almost all of the staff here are super friendly and talkative. I work in customer service myself and know how difficult it can be. Thank you all again, especially Nathan.
Megan was very helpful and went all the way to use my cellphone to set up my email for me because I had gotten locked out of my account and she was a life saver to get me back in! I came to advance to withdrawal money and walked out of the store with all my issues fixed and was happy with the conversation we had. I will always come back to specificity speak with her!
