McKenzie was one of the best customer service representatives I have dealt with in a long time. She was very professional, patient and very thorough. I am a Desert Storm Veteran, and I have early onset dementia.....so I move a lot slower than most. McKenzie never once got frustrated with me. If you have a chance to work with these people and especially Ms. Mackenzie please do so they very professional and have the best customer service!!!
