McKenzie was one of the best customer service representatives I have dealt with in a long time. She was very professional, patient and very thorough. I am a Desert Storm Veteran, and I have early onset dementia.....so I move a lot slower than most. McKenzie never once got frustrated with me. If you have a chance to work with these people and especially Ms. Mackenzie please do so they very professional and have the best customer service!!!
The lady was very nice .And helping me truly understand how it all works that alone gave me a great peace of mind.and mad me feel comfortable about geting the lone .Instead of feeling down on myself for having to get a lone.Yall all know what I'm saying there.so yes she get a 10 a 10 a beautiful 10!
