I love going here when I need money to help me and my family! Everyone is always so nice here! I just wish the interest rate wasn't so high to where the payments are very high every 2 weeks

Received mail stating I pre-qualified for up to $4000 dollars, Went in to store and only got approved for $50 dollars with a 668 credit score.... wouldn't highly recommend advance financial.
Daniel helped me tonight and his customer service was so exemplary that I had to write a review. First off, he was so sweet and helpful. He told me ways to save money on my account and even how make payments the best ways. I feel he really took his time with me and even joked a bit to where he kept things very light hearted. I never comment but from the customer service over the phone to actually driving to the chattanooga location, ( I dealt with the lady at the counter) everyone has been remarkable l!!
