Daniel helped me tonight and his customer service was so exemplary that I had to write a review. First off, he was so sweet and helpful. Great place, fast efficient service, i went to the Chattanooga 24/7 store on Rossville Blvd from Georgia and the two ladies were super courteous and knowledgeable, I was approved in 30 minutes thx guys, appreciated 👍 Overall I rate this place 5/5
I called someone picked up and immediately put me on hold without saying anything then hung up a minute later and left the line off the hook so they didn't have to deal with it... then when I go there the employees are rude and didn't even know how to do their job i just left and am waiting on the bank to open...
I couldn’t get anyone to answer after sitting on hold for 30+ minutes and the guy in the store was rude and didn’t even apologize for just leaving me on hold then hanging up when I drove 30+ minutes to get to the store.
This is my first time getting a loan, I was a bit nervous But as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by Shunoa. She had a welcoming smile on her face and made my experience so easy and pleasant. I will definitely be back again when I need a loan. I highly recommend this establishment.
