High interest rates. I have used different loan place like advance america, citezens ect. 24/7 interest rates are the higest of any company I have ever used They will charge a fee every day. They even toke double payments out so you have to watch them like a hawk. To access the app or even the online account you have to reset your password or wait for a code all the time. I love going here when I need money to help me and my family! Everyone is always so nice here! I just wish the interest rate wasn't so high to where the payments are very high every 2 weeks

The people who work there are nice but we were told we were pre approved for one amount then got told they'd only give us 50 dollars right then so it was a genuine waste of time

Daniel helped me tonight and his customer service was so exemplary that I had to write a review. First off, he was so sweet and helpful. He told me ways to save money on my account and even how make payments the best ways. I feel he really took his time with me and even joked a bit to where he kept things very light hearted.
