Ridiculously overpriced, manipulative, dishonest, and terrible work. As soon as they realize you have an insurance claim, they charge the highest amount possible. That is just the beginning. Long story. Back in November, I had some water damage to my floor in my kitchen due to a dishwasher leaking. They spent 50 days trying to get an estimate on the damage. Eventually they stopped following up after I scheduled time off from work on three occasions to have them come inspect. Stay away at all costs, they will waste your time and not get the job done.
They came quickly and worked hard. But, they did not complete the hauling away until more than 3 weeks later while a dumpster was sitting in my driveway making it hard to get proper delivery of replacement appliances. The price charged was much higher than other restoration companies that my neighbors had. My adjustor's price estimate was half what was actually charged. by the company.
