RecommendedI'm so glad I found this office. From my first visit everyone has been very professional and friendly. Today I had to have a tooth extracted and Dr. Gracia promised it would be painless and I am happy to say it was!! As someone who has always had a fear of the dentist I'm happy to say I no longer do. If you're looking for a dentist I highly recommend this office.
After being a patient for years and having lots of work done i was sadden and shocked that they are charging patients for PPE during these rough times i haven’t had a problem until now I still recommend it
Had scheduled my first consult tonight. Knew I was in trouble when two different patients got irate after being kept waiting more than an hour. Not bad enough that they were kept waiting, but no one updated them! After Running 15 minutes late with no one acknowledging me (but the staff had plenty of time to talk to each other), I left. Someone did run into the parking lot to tell me that they were ready for me now. Why would I want to do business here when the first visit was already lacking?
They could have told of further expenses when asked! We were told our insurance covered my daughters cleaning 100% until about two months later when they called me saying we owed them approximately $59.00 which they have now put into a credit collection.

I would AVOID. They clearly care more about $ than customers. They WILL nickel and dime you any chance they get.. my suggestion.. find someone who ACTUALLY cares about their customers .. I drove over an hour to find out the 'free' initial consultation is NOT FREE ??
I have had really bad TMJ for years. I practiced the exercises that Dr. Gracia suggested but a couple months ago, my TMJ was so bad I could barely eat. When I came into the office, they recommended I try botox. I was hesitant at first but had to find a solution. The botox was amazing! It didn't hurt at all to get the botox and my pain was gone within days! I no longer suffer from TMJ as consistent as before and I would not hesitate to do it again.
I am a dentist that came from Chicago area to get my mouth rehabilitated by Dr. Gracia. We had spoken about my case and he seemed like the doctor that could take care of my problems. We discussed what it was that I wanted to accomplish which was to be conservative in the preparation of my teeth and to make my smile brighter. I sent Dr. Gracia my mounted models and photos.
