I've seen many dentists over the years, but Dr. Lo is one of the best dentists I've ever had. She does excellent work! She is kind, compassionate, intelligent... she doesn't suggest unnecessary treatment and she truly cares about her patients. Also, my dental hygienist is fantastic! The receptionist is amazing as well! It's not easy dealing with insurance companies, but she handles it with grace and always puts my anxieties at ease. I used to be really anxious about going to the dentist, but I enjoy the relaxed atmosphere at the office. Dr. Lo, Anna and the front office always greet me by name and are really friendly. They always make sure I am comfortable and that any treatments are as painfree as possible. I can't recommend this dental office enough!

Every single one of the staff members here is so patient and kind, they all truly listen without making me feel judged, just making me feel seen and heard and helping me with my health. They always exceed expectations with helping me navigate insurance coverages and scheduling. The office is neat and clean and everyone is nice. Once in the chair, the set up is comfy, but there is no privacy. I could hear everything discussed with another patient, so I’m sure they could hear me. I paid for imaging, and they want over $1000 upfront without getting prior authorization from my insurance. They did tell me about getting an outside loan, but I couldn’t make sense of that. Guess I’m on the hunt for a dental surgeon willing to get prior authorization before a procedure without me having to ask for it.

Everyone is so kind when you come in for your appointment. All the way from the front desk to Dr. Lo taking care of you at the end. Dr. Lo’s biggest concern is that you are teeth are healthy not only right now but in the future. I greatly appreciate her and everyone’s expertise!
