The office is neat and clean and everyone is nice. Once in the chair, the set up is comfy, but there is no privacy. I could hear everything discussed with another patient, so I’m sure they could hear me. I paid for imaging, and they want over $1000 upfront without getting prior authorization from my insurance. They did tell me about getting an outside loan, but I couldn’t make sense of that. Guess I’m on the hunt for a dental surgeon willing to get prior authorization before a procedure without me having to ask for it.
Dr. Lo and her staff are professional, warm and friendly. I have been fearful of dentistry my whole life (I’m 70) and Dr Lo is the first dentist I’ve been to that put me at ease and with whom I had no anxiety. The front office person, Brenna is very helpful with insurance and scheduling. The dental assistant Katey is helpful and kind. The hygienist Anna is excellent. I highly recommend them.
Go to this place at your own risk-Have not left a review- has been a while since I went here, but I’ve had other people go here and told me the same experiences that I had. I went here. Katrina was the dentist that worked on my teeth. Cracked both of my front teeth then Did not let me know she did I found out when I went home. Dr.Lo and all the staff is very nice. And they are very helpful to me. I have very high anxiety going to a dentist and they are very patience with me. Dr.Lo is explains what she is doing and what needs to be done. They are not pushy, they give me the information of what needs to be done and the cost,and then gives me time to decides. I would recommend Dr. Love and her staff to everyone.
Highly recommend Dr Lo and her staff. They welcomed me as a new patient, listened to my needs and ensured I was always comfortable. The doctor thoroughly explained the dental work plans and their priority.
