Highly recommend Dr Lo and her staff. They welcomed me as a new patient, listened to my needs and ensured I was always comfortable. The doctor thoroughly explained the dental work plans and their priority.
Dr. Lo and her staff could not have done a better job! I had to get a tooth pulled and I honestly didn't even realize she had done some of the painful tasks without out me even realizing until she was done. I seriously dislike needles, especially big ones, but her technique was so on point I literally didn't know she stuck me until I saw her pulling away. 200% recommend Dr. Lo and her super friendly welcoming staff!
Go to this place at your own risk-Have not left a review- has been a while since I went here, but I’ve had other people go here and told me the same experiences that I had. I went here. Katrina was the dentist that worked on my teeth. Cracked both of my front teeth then Did not let me know she did I found out when I went home. Dr.Lo and all the staff is very nice. And they are very helpful to me. I have very high anxiety going to a dentist and they are very patience with me. Dr.Lo is explains what she is doing and what needs to be done. They are not pushy, they give me the information of what needs to be done and the cost,and then gives me time to decides. I would recommend Dr. Love and her staff to everyone.
Dr. Lo and her staff are professional, warm and friendly. I have been fearful of dentistry my whole life (I’m 70) and Dr Lo is the first dentist I’ve been to that put me at ease and with whom I had no anxiety. The front office person, Brenna is very helpful with insurance and scheduling. The dental assistant Katey is helpful and kind. The hygienist Anna is excellent. I highly recommend them.
