Dr. Lo and her staff are professional, warm and friendly. I have been fearful of dentistry my whole life (I’m 70) and Dr Lo is the first dentist I’ve been to that put me at ease and with whom I had no anxiety. The front office person, Brenna is very helpful with insurance and scheduling. The dental assistant Katey is helpful and kind. The hygienist Anna is excellent. I highly recommend them.
Go to this place at your own risk-Have not left a review- has been a while since I went here, but I’ve had other people go here and told me the same experiences that I had. I went here. Katrina was the dentist that worked on my teeth. Cracked both of my front teeth then Did not let me know she did I found out when I went home. Dr.Lo and all the staff is very nice. And they are very helpful to me. I have very high anxiety going to a dentist and they are very patience with me. Dr.Lo is explains what she is doing and what needs to be done. They are not pushy, they give me the information of what needs to be done and the cost,and then gives me time to decides. I would recommend Dr. Love and her staff to everyone.
Was seen by Dr. Lo. I’ve been struggling to find a good dental place. I had my first appointment and I was impressed with everyone, including the front desk. Best cleaning/exam I’ve had so far and I truly felt taken care of. Great staff and great customer service.
I have always received friendly, courteous services from the team at Advanced Dental Concepts. They are very knowledgeable and explain all of the procedures and insurance issues I would be dealing with. Dr Lo is gentle and thorough in her exams and dental procedures.
