I just want to share my great experience today with my tooth extraction. First, Janice is awesome with the administration side of this process. She’s on top of her game and does follow through as promised. Not that many people these days follow through when they say they would and never call back. Kudos to Janice. The staff was great! Dr. Mirzaians was very clear in what he was going to do and made me feel relaxed. He told me I would feel some pressure and the next thing, he already extractes the wisdom tooth. His assistants, Alex and Kristel, were very friendly, competent, and made me feel at ease. The home treatment instructions were very clear and they followed up twice after I got home. Thank you!
Very friendly staff! Greeted right away and was seen by Dr Lytle. He was very informative and kept me at ease about the procedure that I’ve been putting off for years! He answered all my questions and now I’m actually looking forward to getting my wisdom teeth removed in January.
Going to Advanced Dental Implants was not the horrendous experience one might expect when considering dental surgery. Instead, the dentist (Dr. Lytle) and office staff alike were extremely supportive and optimistic, helping me to come up with a plan that would be comfortable. They answered all of my questions completely, and I now look forward to seeing them to complete my dental experience with them.
