Definitely the best dental experience I've had. I had my first appointment with Dr. Culver back in May for an issue with a dental implant (done at a different practice). He was very professional and attentive, and most importantly very informative. This tooth has caused me plenty of stress and I had way too many questions, which he was very patient to answer. I’m currently in the process of getting a dental implant here, and so far I’ve been very happy with the quality of care. The dentist and staff are professional, gentle, and make sure I understand each step of the procedure. Everything has gone smoothly and I feel confident in their work. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is that they don’t check with the insurance company before starting a procedure, which can lead to unexpected costs. I have a terrible fear of dentists, so going in for a cracked molar and crown was really stressful for me. But Dr. Rossell at Advanced Dental Solutions completely changed my experience. He was incredibly patient, kind, and took the time to explain everything in a way that made me feel comfortable. I love Advanced Dental and Dr. Rairigh! His team is exceptional and I trust him wholeheartedly. I have been a patient of his for many years. There was a short time that I was unable to continue at this office and it was truly then that I discovered the difference in true dental care! I had scheduled an appointment here to get dentures because the place was well reviewed.. they talked me out of dentures claiming "my teeth were better than I believed" and sold me on 10 fillings. Now I have junk teeth that are full of fillings and sensitive to cold as well as heat!! Also one that is sensitive to pressure. When I went back for this issue, I was told they could "refer me to a root canal specialist" and wont pull the troubled teeth. I won't be back and I don't recommend you go here either.
