Alex, my Mohs nurse, was wonderful. She was personable and easy to talk to. She answered all of my questions. Dr Hocker was as always professional and easy going. He got all the cancer on the first try. Reilly was my nurse in room while I was getting stitched up. She was helpful and kind. I'm only 2 weeks out from the surgery but so far all looks good!
I had a great experience here. Everyone seems happy to be at work and truly care about you and your experience. I had a melanoma mole removed from my scalp. They always kept me abreast of what the next step was. AND they have the best waiting room. It is so comfortable, TV on a good station, water, Coffee and snacks in the waiting area. Dr. Hocker was amazing as a top surgeon and so positive and easy to talk with. I highly recommend them all for your needs!
As a young man, I didn't want to hear that i needed to have my face cut on. But, for what easily could have been an absolutely terrible experience, it was quite the opposite. I caught it early. Win. Riley, Ali and Quinn were all amazing. I could go into detail for each one, but if I had my own practice I would do my very best to poach these 3. From the minute I walked in the door, the staff was so upbeat and caring. The receptionist who checked me in was so kind, despite the early morning demand. Alex, "my" nurse was truly a treat to talk to and, more importantly, really knew her stuff. Dr. Hocker was easy to talk to and put my mind at ease considering he was going to be cutting into my face! My visit went great. I brought what I thought I would need. The office staff were very polite and prepared. I was called back at my appointment time and my nurse was ready, friendly and walked me through exactly what to expect. Doctor was wonderful. He took care of my minor surgery in a matter of minutes and informed they would call me if I needed to come back.
