This week was my first visit to Advanced Endodontics of Chicago as well as my first root canal. I was blown away by how personable and professional Dr. Samir Patel and his staff were during my appointment. All aspects of the procedure were meticulously explained to me and my comfort and understanding were their top priority. The office was state of the art, easy to locate, and spotlesss. Highly recommended!

I had consultation appointment in the morning with Dr. Patel. Gladly he had a spot opening in the afternoon, so he was able to do my root canal. The entire staff was nice and accommodating. I was so nervous. It was my first root canal. I was feeling sweaty after i was injected with anesthesia and the nerves made me feel more anxious that i requested for a cardboard to use as a fan for air and they literally provided a fan which helped a lot and made me feel better. As someone with profound dental anxiety, I cannot recommend Dr. Patel and his team enough—they truly exceeded all my expectations. From the very first call, Mabel was incredibly patient and informative while helping me with my insurance and scheduling. Nobody wants to see an Endodontist, but if one must, this is a great place to go. Dr. Patel was incredibly informative, patient, and kind. All the staff was really nice, actually. Wish all my docs were this good. Important note, however: I didn't actually have any work done. I'm in a wait and see place, so I can't comment on the product!

I had an excellent experience at Advanced Endodontics. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, efficient, and completely painless. I was honestly nervous going into my root canal, but the doctor and staff were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring.
