Dr. Patel is amazing! Not only he is great at what he does but he is also a great person! He was so great at explaining everything and prepping me for every step during procedure! My procedures went painless and quick! I’m usually terrified getting my root canal treated. Also everyone who works there was super nice and accommodating! Highly recommend this place and Dr.Patel!
This is an excellent practice, and I feel very safe and well cared for as their patient. Every staff member from the person who scheduled me to the receptionist, assistants, and Dr Chan Jacobs were all outstanding. I would like to thank Dr. Patel and his team for a job well done. I was experiencing mouth pain due to a bad tooth. Dr. Patel told me I needed a root canal. He explained the procedure, told me what to expect, and made sure I didn't experience any pain. The office staff was very nice and professional . The procedure rooms are clean and sterile. Thank you again, and I'm happy with the results.
The office has a fancy 3-D scanner, so Dr. Patel was able to detect the indication of tooth root infection that my regular dentist could not see with a standard x-ray. It is an expensive scan (so I'm glad insurance covered much of the cost), but it was needed for an accurate diagnosis. Really a very special group of professionals. Root canal’s are like stepping on a porcupine barefoot, even so the ever delightful Dr.Chan and equally engaging staff make it more than just bearable😆might I say painless and quick. Thank you for you kindness and caring and of course for you expertise!
