Dr. Samir Patel and his team were fantastic. I felt welcomed by the team, and Dr. Patel has a great bedside manner. He explained everything about my root canal patiently, which helped calm my nerves. Dr Patel is really top notch. He is caring, professional and efficient. His ability to clearly explain everything he is doing, as he does it , has a calming effect on his clients(like me!) resulting in an extremely positive experience. I highly recommend him!
Dr. Patel was great—explained everything and spent lots of time answering questions both before and after the procedure. He gave lots of warnings regarding potential pain but there never was an issue. I’ve had no pain at all and am really pleased. The only surprise was the 3% fee added for using a credit card. If I had known this ahead of time I would have arranged to pay in a different way. As a follow-up, they called to clarify their payment procedure. This is great customer service!
Dr. Patel was very thorough in his explanation of my current situation. He spent a good deal of time clarifying what could and what could not be done at this junction. Much appreciated.
The total 'experience' was better than expected or led to believe by countless stories of how bad a root canal would be. Dr Patel and all staff were helpful and professional. I feel fortunate to have had the procedure with this Dr. it's now 2 days out and no pain or meds except the antibiotic.
