This was my first visit here and I was pleased with every aspect (except for my teeth..!). From the receptionist, to the aid, to the doctor; it was friendly and professional. Dr Patel was patient and thorough and went out of his way to make sure i understood everything. He also gave me every opportunity to ask questions. Highly recommend
I had a wonderful experience here… as wonderful as a root canal can be. Scheduling was quick and easy, everything was completely explained, more so than any other dental procedure I’ve ever had done. Insurance and payment were figured out ahead of time and throughly explained as well. Highly recommend Advance Endodontics!
I had an excellent experience at Advanced Endodontics. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, efficient, and completely painless. I was honestly nervous going into my root canal, but the doctor and staff were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring. Dr. Samir Patel and his team were fantastic. I felt welcomed by the team, and Dr. Patel has a great bedside manner. He explained everything about my root canal patiently, which helped calm my nerves. Dr Patel explained every step of the process in clear, reassuring detail and answered all of my questions. The follow-up instructions were thorough, and I had very no soreness afterward. Dr Patel is really top notch. He is caring, professional and efficient. His ability to clearly explain everything he is doing, as he does it , has a calming effect on his clients(like me!) resulting in an extremely positive experience. I highly recommend him!
