I went to the office many times and absolutely nothing has been done - I bleed rectally very badly. They refuse to do a rectal exam, however, continue booking me to come back to have one done. Each time I go it's never done. I felt unheard - devalued and certainly do not feel confident that he is at all present. Went 3 times, NEVER AGAIN! First visit comes into room, grunts something then prcedes to far side of room and talks to wall. After 10 minutes tells me to undress and leaves returns 15 minutes later and ecame more concerned with car on back than my problem. Wait times are ridiculous. Dr was not helpful at all with my condition. Staff is incompetent and can not seem to even handle the simplest task. Office small and dingy. Stay away from this doctor. I wasted three months and five office visits.
He is a very rude person. Enters room and says hi then starts talking to computer, very disrespectful. Enters information about me that doesn't appear on my profile I filled out. After very brief exam again talks to computer and says I have a sleep disorder. Again not discussed or on profile. Gives me some samples, talks about scratches on ankle and leaves. Roughest colonoscopy ever, did not wait for sedatation to take effect. Greediest financial policies ever. Bogus billings. Intransigent office manager. Charged $5 late payment when their billing office keyed in the wrong payment amount by 15 cents! AND, they insist it's my fault and will not reverse the charge and the late payment. Stay away!!!
The office is dirty and dingy, a ceiling fluorescent light didn’t work on our first appointment and 2 weeks later still doesn’t work; the staff is unhelpful and we’ve experienced wait times of 2 hours on the first appointment and 90 minutes on the second appointment, which was for a scope.
I requested a sign language interpreter on Feb 27th for my appointment. They told me it will be taken care of. Until March 12th, they called and refused to provide an interpreter, instead of interpreter, they ordered an equipment to access communication. As a result, they have to call me back when the equipment arrives. I explained that I can not wait for another week or unknown date because I went to ER two weeks ago. I don't know what to think about this man. The wait times are ridiculous- over an hour. His questionnaires have several repeats as if he is trying to catch patients in a lie. On one visit he tells me I am getting very sick. On the following visit, he asks me why I am back so soon even though he told me to make the appointment. His staff try to schedule a procedure that I have come to discuss the results of. ( I had the procedure 2 weeks before. ) It feels like he is toying with people.
DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR. HIS OFFICE IS OLD, MUSTY, AND NOT WELL EQUIPPED. HIS STAFF IS INCOMPETENT AND UNRELIABLE. HIS SURGERY CENTER IS LIKE AN OLD HOUSE CONVERTED INTO A FACILITY NOT ADEQUATE FOR A PROCEDURE. PLEASE READ REVIEWS BEFORE YOU EVEN THINK OF GOING TO HIM. I'M SORRY I DID NOT.
