We’ve had a great experience with Advance Business Copier, especially thanks to Kayl in tech support. Whenever an issue comes up, he resolves it quickly and efficiently. His communication is excellent, and his friendly attitude makes technical troubleshooting completely stress-free. Exceptional customer service!

I contacted Advanced copier regarding a problem with our printer, and Kayl he was exceptionally helpful. He called me multiple times to ensure the issue was resolved and followed up very quickly. When trying to print an email and some other documents using the printer dialog, an error message would flash on the screen and the window would close. The error message flashed too fast to be able to read it. Kayl responded to a service call that I made. He knew how to fix the problem. He installed a new driver, the issue was resolved. Kayl was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient.
