John sent Victor and his team to clean out the old insulation and installed Rockwool for us. John is the man of his words and kept his promise of a clean attic after cleanout. Victor and his team are amazing. They arrived on time, spent the extra hour to make sure everything was done right (putting insulation under the wire instead of just laying over), and cleaned the area afterwards. I can't recommend enough of this company and Victor's team.Â
Mold on the ground of my crawlspace was caught by my home inspector when I purchased my house, but it slipped my mind to do anything about it until about a year later. I contacted three different companies and AIS was the only one that contacted me back, and did so after just a few minutes. Instead of trying to sell me on more work, they took the time to thoroughly inspect my attic, checked multiple areas, and even drilled a small inspection hole to verify whether insulation had actually been installed. It turned out there wasnât insulation where there should have been. What impressed me most was their honesty. They encouraged me to contact the original compa... read more
We had a smell coming from our kitchen ceiling duct after using our air conditioning system during the hot weather. Mathew came over and did a free inspection and was very thorough. They checked everything in the attic and also inside the kitchen ducts and they didn't find anything except dust. They recommended getting a company to come out and clean the dust out of the ducts and to use a deodorizer. They did an excellent inspection and helped us resolve our issue very quickly. We will definitely use their services again an... read more
