They did such a great job. They showed up on time, very polite and explained the process and the time line for me. They laid out protective gear to protect my floors in all the areas they would be working and walking. They did the whole job with no hiccups and after cleaned up everything better than it was before they got there. Justin walked me through how to use the new thermostat and helped me get the app set up on my cell. We are very happy we picked this company for our AC and plumbing projects at home.
We would have given Advance Pluming a higher rating if we could! Chris, Bobby and Rene did a great job installing a Trane unit with duck work and monitors. Advanced, plumbing heating and air came out on a Sunday to look at my air conditioner, which had stopped working. The technician (Gino) was courteous, knowledgeable and quickly identified the issue. Also the customer service / front desk was extremely pleasant and helpful in setting the appointment. A good friend recommended them to me and I would highly recommend them if you’re having heating cooling or plumbing issues.
I’m rebuilding a bathtub due to water damage behind the tile. I’ve done the demolition and prep work for new plumbing. Advanced Plumbing came and installed the new piping and valves in a few hours. I also had them replace the house shut off valve since it was old and not sealing completely. They were professional and competent in doing high quality plumbing work. I’ve used them several times and would choose them again.
Appreciate Jason and Sam's work replacing our shower plumbing for a leak behind the wall. Clean job and very informative. Fast, fair, and helpful with questions and maintenance checks to make sure your home is in good shape. We already booked with them again for something else. Grateful for Jason's advice on the many facets and faucets of our old house.
