I’ve been seeing Aaron Langford for awhile now, and every appointment with him has been a breeze. He makes me feel genuinely cared about and heard in my psychiatric needs, and I appreciate that I feel understood in my experience as someone who is neurodivergent. The medications I’m on now have drastically improved my quality of life. The desk staff have always been kind and helpful when I’ve contacted them. I’m very thankful for the team here!
I've been Dr. Langford and have really enjoyed how approachable, considerate, and jovial he is. He's made routine appointments a lot more fun! The front desk staff, Betty and Bianca, have been nothing but wonderful and have helped me navigate really frustrating insurance processes with ease. I would definitely recommend Advanced Psychiatry for folks looking for a welcoming office.
Bianca is a piece of work, attitude, hateful, spiteful.. she’s not even the doctor she just works for them but lets the power go to her head. I have had to tell her not to speak to me that way because she is just nasty and mean. I will never go here again and I sincerely don’t think any one else should. This is NOT professional or acceptable behavior. They could care less about just cutting you off from medications that can cause severe problems. If I have a seizure I will be suing. Medical malpractice!
A review from a former patient of 2+ years. Before today I would have given this place a 3/5 because it wasn’t great but it wasn’t bad either. When I first started seeing Langford I specifically said I wanted a diagnosis and he never did but whatever. I would go every 3 months to check up on my medication and luckily it was all through Zoom because all he did was ask my weight, when I got my period, and if everything was good. I have been seeing Aaron Langford for many many years. I saw him at a different location and followed him here to advanced psychiatry despite the distance for me, as this was before COVID and the change to often having video appointments. I can always depend on Aaron Langford to give me the best care possible. I trust him more than a lot of other doctors I see these days.
