When their employees show up, they are very friendly. However, I’ve had a significant issue trying to get them to come and finish the work in my apartment. They canceled their appointment on me twice without notifying me and did not return my call to try to reschedule the remaining work to be done. It’s been two weeks now since their last visit with no clear plan on when or if they are coming back to repair the remainder.

Great company. If you have any problems with water damage/fire/smoke they are the ones to call. Luis their remediation supervisor is second to none.

They did good job to tape up the area so the room or floor do not get dusty. Great service and came on time. They usually come in the morning like 8.30am ish. Make sure your cell phone is on or not screening out unknown call.
