These guys are absolute trash. Dont use their services. 2 months after we moved in they were adding things they say they failed to add to the ledger. The house we had moved into had bad electrical problems that we reported to the agency several times as we were afraid the house was going to burn down because of it 2 weeks into living there. They then tried charging us for not only the electrical problems upon leaving, but also all the other stuff that was wrong with the place when we moved in. Draconian policies. Awful ******* care. My downstairs bathroom has had a busted ventilator fow well over a year now and nothing has been done. They love to come in and take pictures. Afterward, they replace the blinds or something and then raise the rent another 10% every year. We're definitely looking to move out before we sign next year's lease
