The salesman that I encountered on 3/19/07 was argumentative and rude. My daughter and I walked in to shop for a hot tub, and wanted a quick summary of what tubs they carried and their best deal at that time. We had to pick up a child after school and couldn't spend a lot of time, but he was unwilling to give us this info and stated that this was not the way to shop. He even yelled after us as we left the store, "Buyer beware!" How embarassing! Needless to say, we'll never step foot in that store again.
