Very accessible, easy to use, owner is amazing and responds fast if you have any questions, just call or text the number provided on the website!! It’s a great location, being on Demers Ave. The only problem that I had was the code to the gate, it was iffy but with the help of the owner we got it figured out. At First, I was nervous that all this had to be done online! Glad I did! Only issue is had was gate code! Called the number, with in minutes! Was good to go thru gate! I highly recommend these guys! You definitely don't get the run around with this company, This company is there to make sure you have the best Experience! If the time comes in the future! This will be my go to place! Charlie in the Grand Forks, ND Demers location is fantastic. He always responded to my calls and provided me with the answers to my questions in a speedy and professional manner. I have since terminated my storage unit due to moving out of state but highly recommend renting from the Demers location. It is clean and has cameras. I will miss my interactions with Charlie and if I return to the area will surely rent from Charlie again.
My first experience with Advanced Storage Solutions. The process was super easy. Locked gate with security code entry. Nice and clean unit. Site manager extremely responsive to any messages.
