Follow up feedback to Advantage Dental. You should do better. In my review I went to another Dentist and paid out of pocket because they are not covered by my insurance. They said I have 2 cavities thru the enamel and one was deep in the far back left where my intense pain was radiating from. They will be filling both Thursday for $460 cash. IF I COULD GIVE THIS A 1 START I WOULD. Please do not go here. First off I have been rescheduled 4 times. I have been waiting over a year. When I called reshedule, I told the receptionist I've been waiting a year. I'll admit i was a bit frustrated when I was explaining my situation. I was not yelling at her. I had an exam scheduled for 2pm. Showed up early. Turned in all forms online 3 weeks ago. They took me back at 230 and the Dental Assistant Alex was very professional and kind. However, the Dentist wasn't knowledgeable at all & immediately told me he didn't see any issues. He repeated 2xs how overbooked he is and he had no time to discuss my raging toothache. I am currently sitting in the office waiting and the two front desk ladies are making fun of people who have called this week. And started making fun of and laughing at my call section yesterday and my “emergency” not knowing I’m sitting right in front of them. They also decided to gossip about how the front desk lady in Sutherlin is awful at her job, doesn’t know how to schedule, and trying to extend her leave and they are very unhappy about that. So unprofessional no wonder why they can’t keep employees.
If you make an appointment make sure to ask the name of the person on the call and document everything. Called to make an appointment. 4 month wait. Called day of. No appointment.... next in time is next year... its not even August.
