Follow up feedback to Advantage Dental. You should do better. In my review I went to another Dentist and paid out of pocket because they are not covered by my insurance. They said I have 2 cavities thru the enamel and one was deep in the far back left where my intense pain was radiating from. They will be filling both Thursday for $460 cash. I had an exam scheduled for 2pm. Showed up early. Turned in all forms online 3 weeks ago. They took me back at 230 and the Dental Assistant Alex was very professional and kind. However, the Dentist wasn't knowledgeable at all & immediately told me he didn't see any issues. He repeated 2xs how overbooked he is and he had no time to discuss my raging toothache. The dentists where rude and constantly claimed that I would loos all of my teeth before 25 because “the lack of initiative towards making appointments” well, I had eight appointments in line going into the next year, but since they were so backed up. I wouldn’t go in for three months and then they would need a new examination, constantly going in a loop. Had to wait 10 months for a new patient appointment. Service was good. Dr assumed I had state dental plan.
Dr. Shim was very professional let me know all my options,then did excellent pain free work. Office staff and dental assistant are great too. Very happy with this dental office!
