New patient and first time ever going to a different dentist but it was a situation like your welcome here but not welcome here kind of experience. Very happy I could get in a soon as I did thanks to the cancelation list but still don’t have an actually appointment with them until next year. Not a big fan of the trying to be friendly but no really caring attitude a lot of them had. I do really wish it was nicer and more interactive like my old dentistry
They had a specialist come in for a weekend. I was scheduled to see him, and I was incredibly anxious. Dr. Lawrence knows I am not a fan of his profession, and therefore he saw me instead. So very greatful for his compassion with me. Made an awful procedure into a bearable one. The staff is wonderfully understanding as well.
Alex and the dentist she was assisting were great with my kids today. Quick, easy, friendly and professional. Definitely would recommend!
These amateurs are allergic to actually doing their job. They also charge people for stuff that didn’t happen, including $91 for telling someone they should floss their teeth. We will see in the news this place being investigated for fraud, I guarantee that. They know what they’re doing too, won’t return calls or answer their phone.
