IF I COULD GIVE THIS A 1 START I WOULD. Please do not go here. First off I have been rescheduled 4 times. I have been waiting over a year. When I called reshedule, I told the receptionist I've been waiting a year. I'll admit i was a bit frustrated when I was explaining my situation. I was not yelling at her. I had an exam scheduled for 2pm. Showed up early. Turned in all forms online 3 weeks ago. They took me back at 230 and the Dental Assistant Alex was very professional and kind. However, the Dentist wasn't knowledgeable at all & immediately told me he didn't see any issues. He repeated 2xs how overbooked he is and he had no time to discuss my raging toothache. The dentists where rude and constantly claimed that I would loos all of my teeth before 25 because “the lack of initiative towards making appointments” well, I had eight appointments in line going into the next year, but since they were so backed up. I wouldn’t go in for three months and then they would need a new examination, constantly going in a loop. I am currently sitting in the office waiting and the two front desk ladies are making fun of people who have called this week. And started making fun of and laughing at my call section yesterday and my “emergency” not knowing I’m sitting right in front of them. They also decided to gossip about how the front desk lady in Sutherlin is awful at her job, doesn’t know how to schedule, and trying to extend her leave and they are very unhappy about that. So unprofessional no wonder why they can’t keep employees.
So amazing and caring, the staff are friendly and make sure you are informed of what is going on with you. I recommend them to anyone looking for a great dentist office
