New patient and first time ever going to a different dentist but it was a situation like your welcome here but not welcome here kind of experience. Very happy I could get in a soon as I did thanks to the cancelation list but still don’t have an actually appointment with them until next year. Not a big fan of the trying to be friendly but no really caring attitude a lot of them had. I do really wish it was nicer and more interactive like my old dentistry
I had an exam scheduled for 2pm. Showed up early. Turned in all forms online 3 weeks ago. They took me back at 230 and the Dental Assistant Alex was very professional and kind. However, the Dentist wasn't knowledgeable at all & immediately told me he didn't see any issues. He repeated 2xs how overbooked he is and he had no time to discuss my raging toothache. IF I COULD GIVE THIS A 1 START I WOULD. Please do not go here. First off I have been rescheduled 4 times. I have been waiting over a year. When I called reshedule, I told the receptionist I've been waiting a year. I'll admit i was a bit frustrated when I was explaining my situation. I was not yelling at her. I have a front tooth broke in half so I came in and waited for emergency appointment. Got seen by the dentist who said he couldn’t fix today and that I needed to be put on schedule to fix it. They put me on schedule for almost 10 months from now. That is ridiculous when you have a broken tooth.
Andrew was amazing and they took care of me when I needed to do a walk in. Great hospitality.
