I visited Advantage Dental in January 2024 to have them assess a broken molar and my general dental health. They referred me for a root canal, and set me up with a treatment plan to have my cavities filled. Following my root canal which was performed by private endodontist (NOT through Advantage Dental, they could not perform this service nor dental cleanings) I needed a permanent crown to replace the temporary one set up. My son is autistic and non-verbal. He’s very compliant, but no one really likes having their teeth cleaned. The staff worked extremely well with him, making it possible for a successful experience and outcome. We look forward to our next visit, it was a very positive experience.
Always great service at Seaside. However, one complaint would be trying to reach them via phone. Often there is a recording to hold and wait. After several minutes I am told no one is available and to leave a message; someone will call me in 24 hours. No one does. Frustrated with this happening multiple times today I called the Rainer office and asked them when my April appointment is? My God, where do I start! Dr. Alex and Rachael are STELLAR! I love how they can work together and just talk about almost anything and they make you feel comfortable enough to speak your mind. Dr. Alex is now my new favorite dentist and will not go anywhere else. He does great work, listens and understands the patient and has a great sense of humor.
