I have had better dental care since Advantage Dental has become our family dental care provider. They answer questions knowing the problems of insurance giving options for you to have the remedy best for you and they seem to truly care about their patients and their health. Got new dentures and they are awesome. I can bite things like pepperoni that my last set would flip. These fit and work well and look pretty good too.
Made an appointment in January for the earliest date available, which was in June. June comes around, and I do all the confirmation procedures and sign all the paperwork online, only to get a call the morning of the appointment from another office in the state, telling me that my appointment was canceled because no one would be in the Seaside office that day. The person on the phone then said that I was "on a list" to be rescheduled and that I could call the Hillsboro office to possibly schedule there. Tried calling Hillsbor... read more
My son is autistic and non-verbal. He’s very compliant, but no one really likes having their teeth cleaned. The staff worked extremely well with him, making it possible for a successful experience and outcome. We look forward to our next visit, it was a very positive experience.
I visited Advantage Dental in January 2024 to have them assess a broken molar and my general dental health. They referred me for a root canal, and set me up with a treatment plan to have my cavities filled. Following my root canal which was performed by private endodontist (NOT through Advantage Dental, they could not perform this service nor dental cleanings) I needed a permanent crown to replace the temporary one set up. Always great service at Seaside. However, one complaint would be trying to reach them via phone. Often there is a recording to hold and wait. After several minutes I am told no one is available and to leave a message; someone will call me in 24 hours. No one does. Frustrated with this happening multiple times today I called the Rainer office and asked them when my April appointment is?
