I love the staff, they're all very friendly and polite. They make me feel comfortable everything I go to an appointment. I definitely recommend people go there. They care and take time to explain everything to you. Thank you very much advantage dental!

Thank you to Advantage Dental in Milton Freewater, Hermiston, and Pendleton. Yeah, the wait was long to get in but there are soooo many dental patients that need help and not enough local Dentists to keep up. Their inability to handle their patient load and inane policies have caused incredible amounts of pain. I broke a tooth and when I went in to have it addressed they refused to deal with it until after a cleaning, which was scheduled 3 months out. At the cleaning they informed me that the broken tooth was now absessed and I would need to pay thousands of dollars for a root canal or have it pulled. This place is a joke! Pendleton needs new staff all the way around! The communication between the office staff and the hygienist is absolutely ridiculous somehow they lost my paperwork between now and two weeks ago. They rescheduled me for a cleaning for whatever reason instead of doing it at my exam, two weeks later I drove the hour over to Pendleton for the cleaning spent an hour filling out more paperwork and having the hygienist look at my mouth only to schedule me for another month out for my cleaning!
