They absolutely took care of me! I got a little fainty with my blood pressure dropping and they took it very seriously and did all they could to get me back to normal! I appreciate them so much! Definitely recommend. The Dentist was very nice and quick too! Very nice people 👍
They forgot to pull a tooth that was bothering me the most and they pulled a different one that I had a root canal done on and had no pain in. It’s been 2 hours and my migraine from my back tooth is already back and I feel exactly like I did this morning. The doctor was great and I wish they had pulled my problem tooth that’s been causing me to have headaches for months. I have been in this office 3x trying to get an appointment. When I thought I had one my appointment was at 9am. I had to meet my son at 9am I wasn't out of the chair till 9:45. They only took Xrays not extraction of the tooth.. ugh. So I then when in because I was in town on 2 separate occasions and both time no patients in any chair and claimed they couldn't do a extraction. The young gal said they were booked. I've never been treated so poorly. My 4th phone call was today and no one ever answers the damn phone.
Supremely just fed up with them at this point.. I've been in severe!!!! Pain for days and every apt I show up to has mysteriously vanished..and when they actually answer(once in a blue moon) they don't care your in severe pain they just say there's nothing they can do. But they could try to get you in in 2 months like wtf? First you lost my Apts now this? Then they say they are going to give you an antibiotics but never actually give it to you or bother putting it into your pharmacy and you try to call but of course they don... read more
I had constant issues with advantage dental in Pendleton...I had partials made and I couldn't even wear them .they don't listen to you..they constantly changed my dental appointments which just pushed my care further and further away and I was in horrific pain ...they are also supposed to ask u if you want the molds that they make of ur teeth and I WAS NOT ASK AT ALL ...SO MINE WERE THROWN AWAY. . OVERALL ....THEY DONT LISTEN AND AND THEY HAVE WAY TOO MANY PATIENTS AND NOT ENOUGH DENTISTS OR TIME ....
