Friendly staff throughout the office. Whoever did my cleaning was extremely gentle and good at their job. You could tell they have been doing this a long time. Old fashioned type x-rays so you know they’re getting quality photos of in between your teeth unlike the newer offices. You can tell they care about their patients here and you aren’t just a number to them. Also this is a genuine review, they never even asked for one. I think that’s how I knew I’d like it here.
I chipped my front tooth and they said they couldn't fix it until I had a cleaning. So I waited in the waiting room for an hour and a half, got my cleaning done, and they scheduled an appointment the next week for me to get the front tooth filled. They called me a day before my appointment and canceled it. I was told I could get in again until next year. I was able to get in two months later due to a cancelation but was told that now my front tooth was beyond repair and needs to be pulled out completely. My front tooth!! 😥 ... read more
Horrible. You screwed up my tooth and nerve. I'm still in pain and it's been 8 days since the tooth extraction. I left a review, was told to get a hold of you and I did, to which, no response, just like when I tell you all of the issues I am having when I'm in the office, face to face. Stop acting like you care about your patients, you care about your money, that's obvious.
Need work performed immediately, all they did was get an X-ray and put me off. Guess I'll just have to wait until the nerve is exposed to get work done here!! Just find a reasonable dentist, nothing here except wasting people's time.
The girls and the staff are always very polite and smiling and having Jovial conversations. It’s nice when they play music in the background, but I’m an old guy and would prefer some classic rock And I never seemed to catch them On bring donuts to workday.
