Just had my first cleaning at this office, and it was the most thorough and yet gentle cleaning I've ever had...the hygienist was sweet, personable, and highly skilled. During the cleaning she asked often if I was doing alright, and explained what she was doing as she moved to each new step of the cleaning process. My mouth has never felt so good! Zero stars, but you have to highlight one to submit. I take my kid and myself here. It's always a hassle holding appointments on their end... You confirm the appointment but they don't attend you. Cancelled appoints, lack of competency on a managing, customer service level and respect of people's time is what I get here. Incompetence.
Experiencing severe tooth pain including referred pain for a week or two which is only getting worse, my original appointment was scheduled way out and I was supposedly on the waiting list but never saw or heard anything. I called and got in the following day, they took xrays and the dentist gave a quick exam and determined I may have a fractured tooth. They didn't fix anything while I was there! I've been going here for years now. They are always friendly. I have a phobia of the numbing shots... they are always patient and understanding. And they always do the best they can to make the experience bearable for me...
They were very sensitive to my needs and said I was the "boss" when it came to my comfort. There was no pressure as to how or when my dental work would be accomplished. They were very thorough in understanding my health history. I felt at ease when I left the office. Very caring and cared for.
