I’d waited for nearly a year since my last visit and I was delighted with how quickly I was welcomed back into their care. Everyone from the front desk to the very professional and friendly hygienist were very engaging and calming. Dr. Povey was gentle, full of praise for my diligence in keeping my teeth clean, encouraging me to keep my routine up. They were done with x-rays and a thorough cleaning, sending me on my way in record time. Clean facilities, kind and efficient. Highly recommended!
Such a great experience for my elderly mom, who was afraid she’d have to have a tooth pulled. We had gone for an emergency appointment. The dentist was SO kind and patient, explaining everything about her teeth and what the issue was with the one causing her pain. He took out a plastic mouth (with teeth) so he could give her a visual of what he was talking about. He listened to her concerns and answered all her questions without rushing her. They never answer their phone or return calls. Took me 3 weeks of calling to finally get someone who could help me. They also like to schedule cleaning and dental examinations on different days, who wants to drive to the dentist multiple times than they need to especially if you have kids? They are always months 3 to 4 months booked out. Receptionist is nice but the other staff are not to friendly.. would not recommend.
To tell you the truth I always look forward to visiting Dr.povi and his staff he is pretty straight forward about how he cares about healthy teeth and bright 🌞 shiny smile 😁 he listens carefully and gives you a honest answer,like his staff they are dedicated to their profition.I have no problem with that ,and have a beautiful view of canby park which I find very relaxing...HG.
They were great with our daughter, who has a lot of anxiety. Also options to take advantage of sooner appt if cancelations. Timely and friendly service.
