I called at 1:30 on a Tuesday with a toothache (broken tooth), and it really hurt. With it being 1 week before Christmas I thought, "Oh no! I have so much to do and this is going to be awful having to deal with this over the holiday". I prayed that they would be able to help me and called the office. They were able to see me in 30 min. The dentist was wonderful she was so very gentle and compassionate with my 2 year old. She went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and safe. The hygienist was very nice too. The only complaint was one of the receptionist ladies was rude. The other receptionist was very very kind though.
The staff here are great! I would give 5 stars but the wait time (11 months) for my appt was really long. The service once in though is excellent! They are knowledgeable, friendly and gentle. Great team!
I’m absolutely terrified of dental work being done, but this was my 2nd experience with advantage that eased my fears. At the Coos Bay location, the staff were all super kind and “down to business” but in a fun, you-can-tell-everybody-likes-their-job, kind of a way. Didn’t even flinch when I got the numbing shot, and I really hate needles.
I have no insurance and was super worried about the cost of getting my teeth fixed. The staff helped me find a plan that was right for me and affordable. Got me in soon and I had no troubles or anyone judge my teeth felt very comfortable here even though I’m scared of dentists. 10 of of 10
