This dentist office is over booked. They schedule appointments out 10 months to over a year! And then, on the day of your appointment, after you confirmed, they call to cancel and reschedule the appointment out even further! This is NOT acceptable! I cancelled my appointments and WON’T be going back! I suggest you all do the same.
Calm welcoming staff and well maintained facility. Direct and calm advisement during exam. Good outcome for an already anxious patient
they canceled my appointment 4 days before it was scheduled, after waiting 6 months. then tell me the soonest they'd have to reschedule is march of 2026. if youre going to cancel someones appointment. you should be giving them priority reschedule.
I hate going to the dentist. I hate the need for dental services. So, anytime I go to the dentist, I'm scared. But, Dr. Turner and her assistant(s) and office staff were all nice, professional. They were gentle with my mouth (no poking or prodding feelings) and gave me the bad news (*2* cavities!!) such that, I feel confident they'll take care of me. Thanks, Team!
Went in for 2 extractions the whole thing went so smooth and quick and both the assistant and doc was great! Don’t wanna go back but if I have to I know it won’t be a problem.
