I had a cleaning with Bobby yesterday and she is AMAZING!! 33 years experience, and you can tell, she’s the best Hygenist I’ve ever had. She is so kind and a joy to talk to. I also want to mention the other staff and Doctor Turner who have done an amazing job with my son and his dental care. He’s had many procedures in health care and he’s terrified of anything health care related because of it, but the staff was so good with him, patient and understanding of his needs it was a truly wonderful experience. This team is amazing, what a fast paced office, and they all work so we'll together. A wonderful dentist, I hope they stay. My 6 and 10 year old grandkids were completely comfortable with they whole process. They are so considered of the patient's schedules and time too. That is rare in the heath care norms now.
Been experiencing agonizing and debilitating mouth pain for a few days now. I called and they said I could come in for a walk in. I waited and waited almost in tears for fear I wouldn’t get seen. Right when I was about to give up a nice lady came and got me. I explained what I was going through, got a whole mouth x-ray, they found the problem instantly and I’m set to get it fixed WAYYYY faster than I was expecting. Very poor scheduling on the office part. They told me to come do a walk in at 1pm and then scheduled me out all the way to 4pm, so I was stuck sitting at their office all the way till then. Also, another lady was having her daughter be seen by them and they told her that the next available scheduled day is next year. I feel this scheduling problem is a very serious issue and a waste of valuable customer time. I want to start by saying I know that it's not the staffs fault. The women who did my fillings were very sweet. And when I said that I was nervous they asked if there was anything they could do to help. The staff is quite lovely. But the wait times are ridiculous. I had to wait 5 months to have 2 fillings put in. Mind you I had 8 total so I have 6 left. And the next time they can get me in is September of next year where they are only going to do 2 more fillings. So, I can expect all my cavities to be filled by 2027 at this ... read more
