Goodness, this clinic….Came back again for my son’s change of Rx because apparently they couldn’t just send in another Rx to the Pharmacy. This time when we got here, my son found CONFIDENTIAL paperwork in the lobby. I brought it up to them and they did not take it from me…. I literally had to tell them this is patient confidential information, the ln the manager rolled her eyes and stated “just turn it over” I say- How about you take it from me. My goodness! Who is running this place!
UGH...there is so much going wrong with this clinic! The manager is so rude and operates from her desk (left side of the receptionist desk) will call you over to her desk, then tells you to back up because you can't be in "her space".... Then WHY did you call me over to you? You can tell they are all about the money and NOT about patient care. I have been waiting and waiting for them to get me in so they can change my kiddos prescription from liquid to chewables because the liquid is making him throw up. They said I need to ... read more
Very happy with my experience at Advantage Dental in Cottage Grove. Their Dental Hygienist Kayla was very pleasant to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back but if I can maintain her good work - hopefully I won’t need to anytime soon. Thank you, Michael B.
They always get me in… As long as I’m there or call in first thing on Monday… The staff are very friendly nice to get along with… The Dentist listens to the things that you need… And it’s very very good at his job… I would advise anyone who lives in the area to get in with advantage dental…! Went in to have 2 teeth pulled, 1 was pulled and the other had to be cut out cause the dentist "didn't want to work so hard" then got no information to after surgery care beyond a printed half assed piece of paper in a sandwich bag. Don't sign anything till the dentist actually explains what he is going to do/what the plan is. Also the lady who works Friday mornings is snooty. The hygienist Brittney is the only saving grace of this location, she is wonderful.
