I went in for my appointment and thought I was going to have the lovely and bubbly Amanda. Well, I got the lady who has no personality, does not speak to you and I had to have two fillings done and she obliviously does not know how to hold the water hose because she shot it all over my face and in my eyes which in turn made my make up run in my eyes and down my face all while the Dr is trying to work in my mouth and my eyes are burning from my make up. Goodness, this clinic….Came back again for my son’s change of Rx because apparently they couldn’t just send in another Rx to the Pharmacy. This time when we got here, my son found CONFIDENTIAL paperwork in the lobby. I brought it up to them and they did not take it from me…. I literally had to tell them this is patient confidential information, the ln the manager rolled her eyes and stated “just turn it over” I say- How about you take it from me. My goodness! Who is running this place!
The staff was friendly and warm, especially the dental assistant, Amanda. The x-rays she took were the fastest and most comfortable I’ve ever had done. I will definitely recommend this clinic!
UGH...there is so much going wrong with this clinic! The manager is so rude and operates from her desk (left side of the receptionist desk) will call you over to her desk, then tells you to back up because you can't be in "her space".... Then WHY did you call me over to you? You can tell they are all about the money and NOT about patient care. I have been waiting and waiting for them to get me in so they can change my kiddos prescription from liquid to chewables because the liquid is making him throw up. They said I need to ... read more
They always get me in… As long as I’m there or call in first thing on Monday… The staff are very friendly nice to get along with… The Dentist listens to the things that you need… And it’s very very good at his job… I would advise anyone who lives in the area to get in with advantage dental…!
