For my teeth cleaning appointment, both the administrative and clinical staff were knowledgeable and friendly. They were also professional. The paperwork before the appointment was simple to fill out. I am glad I was able to fill it out at my leisure and at home before the appointment. I was able to take advantage of a cancellation. The appointment was within an hour of my notice. I was received promptly and courteously. The dental technician was able to get me into the exam room quickly. She explained how I could help make the process better. The dentist was also courteous and kind and helpful, with encouragement and caring. The reception staff were helpful and kind and prompt and thorough. I am glad to be a new patient at this practice!
Rating a three not because of care, staff or office presence but because of extremely long wait times for appointments. The staff and providers are friendly knowledgeable and make you feel very comfortable. However, the wait times for appointments and the text cancelation process are very frustrating. I understand short staffing but maybe till you can service your current patients not accept new? Or maybe counsel your phone staff to discuss with new patients the delay in care so they have a choice to schedule.
I am the most anxious person on earth, and I especially hate having dental work done. The dentist and his assistant both made me feel like I was in the hands of people that actually cared about me. I didn’t think it was possible, but I was able to overcome my anxiety due to the level of care they both provided, from the moment I arrived til the moment I left. I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone. If you have dental anxiety, this is the place for you.
The dentists and hygenists that work here are great. Very nice. But if you need an appointment anytime soon, good luck. They tend to book out 1-2 years in advance. Maybe if OHP actually paid dentists...
