This is the best Dental office I’ve ever been to… The entire staff is so friendly and flexible. Great energy and patient this dental office is so amazing… Even if appointment is six months out, I refuse to go anywhere else. I had an emergency once a bad bad tooth they called in. They had a cancellation they got me in right away within the next hour. The front desk ladies are super sweet. I refuse to go to another dental office.
Every time my daughter has her dentist appointments, it’s an amazing experience. Everyone is so nice and makes my daughter feel comfortable when we are there. Dr Koti is by far the best!
Customer Service at the front counter needs major improvements. Treating patients checking in at the front counter for their appointments needs to be fair and impartial. The patients with appointments checking in should not feel like they are a burden, and was told to "move back towards the door and "stand on the rug" until receptionist was ready (I was the only person checking in-3 receptionists behind the plexiglass), which I complied and then was checked in. Everyone was really nice and personable. The check in process was quick and thorough. The procedure was very quick, the dentist has such a gentle hand when drilling on my teeth, I barely felt anything. Thank you for making my filling quick and painless. I appreciate it.
Rating a three not because of care, staff or office presence but because of extremely long wait times for appointments. The staff and providers are friendly knowledgeable and make you feel very comfortable. However, the wait times for appointments and the text cancelation process are very frustrating. I understand short staffing but maybe till you can service your current patients not accept new? Or maybe counsel your phone staff to discuss with new patients the delay in care so they have a choice to schedule.
