Today was my first time at Advantage Dental. I was so impressed and thankful for how nice everyone I encountered was. I have a lot of anxiety around the dentist and this helped ease my nerves. They got me in quickly for an emergency appointment the next day and then a same day cancellation appointment for a much needed cleaning. I can’t say enough good things about this dental office. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and they go out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable and informed. From check in , to check out every one was so incredibly kind. From the second I sat in the dental chair the absolutely adorable dental assistant was beyond kind, her sweet spirit made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. I love this dentist office and the employees. Receptionists, dentists, and hygienists are all great. I’ve been going here for a quite a few years and always have a wonderful experience. The hygienist Jen is so amazing. She always does a thorough job and has amazing communication before, during and after the procedure. I recommend this office to any who want a good dental experience. Had a tooth killing me and called to get seen and to start with was told I couldn't be seen till around March or June depending on the office I called hence the 4 stars but after getting a hold of the emergency line for the 5th time a very lovely lady got a call into the green acres office where I was then contacted the next day but another very lovely lady with a very pleasant voice and she got me in the very next day can't remember her name but they know whom they are and thank you again The dental assistant and the den... read more
Francis was a great hygienist and made my experience comfortable and enjoyable. He pulled up X-rays I needed to see again and explained things to me in a way I could understand. Appointments were easily made and referrals.
